不同剂量优甲乐对甲状腺乳头状癌术后患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:观察分析不同剂量优甲乐对甲状腺乳头状癌术后患者的影响。方法:选取本院(2018年2月-2020年2月)收治的80例甲状腺乳头状癌患者,按照数字随机表法分为常规剂量组(应用2.0μg/kg优甲乐治疗方法)和负荷组(应用2.5μg/kg优甲乐治疗方法),每组均为40例。采用统计学分析两组甲状腺乳头状癌患者治疗前后的促甲状腺激素水平、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸水平、血糖(空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平、血脂(胆固醇、甘油三酯)水平以及生活质量评分、死亡率、肿瘤转移率。结果:两组甲状腺乳头状癌患者治疗前促甲状腺激素水平、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸水平、血糖(空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平、血脂(胆固醇、甘油三酯)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后负荷组甲状腺乳头状癌患者的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸水平明显高于常规剂量组(P<0.05),负荷组促甲状腺激素水平、血糖(空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平、血脂(胆固醇、甘油三酯)水平明显低于常规剂量组(P<0.05)。负荷组甲状腺乳头状癌患者的生活质量评分明显高于常规剂量组(P<0.05),负荷组甲状腺乳头状癌患者的死亡率、肿瘤转移率明显低于常规剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:不同剂量优甲乐对甲状腺乳头状癌术后患者的影响不同,应用2.5μg/kg优甲乐治疗方法可显著改善甲状腺乳头状癌术后患者的甲状腺功能水平和血糖血脂水平。Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of different doses of Ugalol on postoperative patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods:80 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted in our hospital(from February 2018 to February 2020)were divided into routine dose group(using 2.0μg/kg yumile therapy)and load group(using 2.5μg/kg yumile therapy)according to the digital random table method,each group was 40 cases.The levels of thyrotropin,free triiodothyronine,free tetraiodothyronine,and free tetraiodothyronine before and after treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma were statistically analyzed.blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)levels,blood lipids(cholesterol,triglycerides)levels,and quality of life scores,mortality,tumor metastasis rates.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of thyrotropin,free triiodothyronine,free tetraiodothyronine,blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin),blood lipid(cholesterol,triglyceride)between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of thyroid stimulating hormone,blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)and blood lipid(cholesterol,triglyceride)were significantly lower in the group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma in the load group was significantly higher than that in the conventional dose group(P<0.05).The mortality and tumor metastasis rates in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma in the load group were significantly lower than in the conventional dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of different doses of Ugalol on patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma after operation is different,and the treatment of 2.5μg/kg Ugalol can be improved significantly thyroid function levels and blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma after surgery.
