摘　　要：目的调查宫颈癌放、化疗病人的疲乏程度并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法选取2019年3—7月西安交通大学第一附属医院和深圳市萨米医疗中心住院接受术后放、化疗的宫颈癌病人228例,采用一般资料调查表、疾病相关资料调查表、简明疲劳量表等收集资料,选用SPSS 25.0统计学软件,进行单因素和多因素分析,以及指标间的相关性分析。结果宫颈癌放、化疗病人疲乏状况较严重(中重度疲乏病人110例,占比48.2%)。年龄(OR=3.121,95%CI:1.707~5.708)、临床分期(OR=1.846,95%CI:1.150~2.964)、治疗方式(OR=2.007,95%CI:1.229~3.277)等3个指标,是宫颈癌放化疗病人疲乏程度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌放、化疗病人受疲乏困扰,临床护理工作应注意关注病人的疲乏问题并针对性地解决,以全面改善病人健康状况,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the degree of fatigue and to analyze its influencing factors in patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 228 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi ’an Jiaotong University and Sami Medical Center of Shenzhen City from March to July 2019 were selected by means of convenience sampling.Data were collected by the general information questionnaire,disease-related data questionnaire,and BFI scale.SPSS 25.0 was used for monofactor analysis and multi-factor analysis,as well as correlation analysis among indicators.Results The fatigue of patients with cervical cancer was serious(110 patients with moderate and severe fatigue,accounted for48.2%).Age(OR=3.121,95% CI:1.707-5.708),clinical stage(OR=1.846,95% CI:1.150-2.964) and treatment(OR=2.007,95% CI:1.229-3.277) were the influencing factors(P <0.05).Conclusion Patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy suffer from fatigue.Clinical nursing practice should pay attention to the problem of fatigue and solve it pertinently,so as to improve cervical cancer patients’ health and quality of life.
