摘　　要：目的探讨microRNA-145(miR-145)和microRNA-146a(miR-146a)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及意义。方法选取在台州市中西医结合医院就诊的43例NSCLC患者为研究对象,另收集同期本院25例健康体检者为对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测miR-145和miR-146a表达水平,并对结果进行比较分析。结果NSCLC组miR-145和miR-146a的表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),miR-145和miR-146a的表达水平与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。miR-145曲线下面积(AUC)为0.816,miR-146a的AUC为0.853,均有较高诊断效能。结论miR-145和miR-146a在NSCLC患者为低表达,可能是NSCLC的抑癌基因,可作为诊断NSCLC的标志物。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of microRNA-145(miR-145)and microRNA-146 a(miR-146 a)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 43 patients with NSCLC and 25 healthy subjects in Taizhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were enrolled in the study.Real-time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the levels of miR-145 and miR-146 a,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of miR-145 and miR-146 a in the NSCLC group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The levels of miR-145 and miR-146 a were correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The area under the curve of miR-145(AUC)was 0.816,and the AUC of miR-146 a was 0.853,which had higher diagnostic potency.Conclusion miR-145 and miR-146 a are low expressed in NSCLC patients,which may be a tumor suppressor gene of NSCLC,and can be used as a marker for the diagnosis of NSCLC.
