口腔种植修复对牙列缺失患者固位功能、咀嚼功能及美观舒适度的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔种植修复对牙列缺失患者固位功能、咀嚼功能及美观舒适度的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年4月至2019年7月在南阳市口腔医院牙科就诊的77例牙列缺失患者临床资料,依据修复方式分为对照组38例与观察组39例。对照组实施常规修复;观察组实施口腔种植修复。比较两组临床疗效、固位功能、咀嚼功能、美观舒适度及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗后总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗6个月后固位功能、咀嚼功能、美观舒适度评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺失患者采用口腔种植修复治疗可增强固位功能,改善咀嚼功能,提高美观舒适度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】 To explore the effects of oral implant repair on the solid function, chewing function and aesthetic comfort of patients with missing dental column.【Methods】Retrospective collection of clinical data on 77 missing dental patients in our hospital from April 2016 to July 2019 were divided into control group(n=38) and observation group(n=39) according to the repair method. The control group carried out routine repair, the observation group carried out oral implant repair, and the clinical efficacy, fixation function, chewing function, aesthetic comfort and the incidence of complications were compared.【Results】The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the scores of fixed function, chewing function, aesthetic comfort of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The use of oral implant repair therapy in patients with missing dental column can enhance the function of solidification, improve chewing function,improve aesthetic comfort, reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
