摘　　要：根据10000 kN切边压力机机身结构和受力特点,利用理论计算与有限元分析方法相结合计算切边压力机机身的强度和刚度,验证切边压机机身结构的安全性,直观、全面反映机身应力和变形情况。Both theoretical calculation and finite element analysis are used to calculate the strength and rigidity of the frame of trimming presses in consideration of its structure and stress condition to verify the security of the frame.The results of both calculation methods agree well with each others.This proves that calculation by finite element analysis can indicate the frame undergoing stresses and deformation intuitively and completely.
