中考体育加试实施游泳全国统一标准的探讨

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对上海市和浙闽粤三省10市中考体育加试游泳项目的考试标准进行研究。结果显示:各地游泳项目的、考试目的不同,考试方式存异,考试标准悬殊;作为评价考生耐力水平的选考项目,50米和100米游泳不符合学理特征,应选择200米游泳;评分标准过高或过低失去了选拔性考试的公平性;距离和评分标准的频繁变化影响了考试的严肃性,考试技术的科学性不足影响了其公正性。为了提高考试的科学性、严肃性和公正性,实行全国统一的游泳项目考试标准,在其颁布实施之前,作为耐力项目的选考项目,建议借鉴上海市的考试标准。A research has been conducted of the Test Standards of the Senior High school PE Entrance Examination Plus Event among the candidates from ten cities of Shanghai,Zhejiang,Fujian,Guangdong Provinces by means of bibliography and logistical analysis.The result indicates that there exist vast discrepancies in the examination objectives and approaches,particularly,the testing standard adopted in the different parts of China.The paper argues that a 200 metre swimming event shall be recommended as a national standard to test the swimming stamina of the senior high school candidates so that objectivity,impartiality and seriousness is ensured.A further recommendation is also made to look at the way Shanghai is currently testing its senior high school candidates in the swimming event before the unified nation wide swimming test standard is adopted.
