摘 要:创新成为当前经济背景下企业赢得竞争主动权的利器。本文以计划行为理论为框架,探究创新型领导对员工创新行为的内在作用机制。问卷调查结果表明,个体组织创新支持感和创新意愿在创新型领导对员工创新行为的正向影响中起部分中介作用,对未来理论探索及管理实践均具有借鉴意义。Given increasingly fierce competition,more and more organizations attempt to innovate in order to survive and develop.Based on the theory of planned behavior,the author explored whether and how innovative leadership influenced employee innovative behavior.The results showed that the relationship between innovative leadership and employee innovative behavior was partially medi⁃ated by employee's perceived organizational support for innovation and innovative intention sequentially.The theoretical and practical implications were finally discussed.
