摘 要:目的探讨药师对胃食管反流性疾病(GERD)患者的教育模式及其效果评价。方法药师设计《GERD患者教育参考手册》,发放给GERD患者,根据患者对疾病及相关知识认知的评估,有针对性地进行讲解和辅导,并贯穿于患者治疗全程。结果GERD患者教育前(0周)评分为3.27±1.79,经药师教育后,在治疗2周、4周、8周的评分分别为9.93±2.84、15.28±2.99、17.71±2.73,均高于教育前,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论药师对患者的教育可有效提高患者对疾病及相关知识的认知,增加治疗的依从性,增强治疗效果.Objective To investigate the model and assess its effects of education of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)by pharmacists.Methods Pharmacists designed and distributed Education Reference Guide to GERD Patients,provided guides to them according their assessment of the knowledge about GERD and related knowledge in the process of therapy.Results The scores of GERD patients were 3.27±1.79,9.93±2.84,15.28±2.99,17.71±2.73 at weeks 0,2,4,8,the scores of GERD patients were significantly higher after education(P<0.05).Conclusion The education could improve the recognition of GERD patients about GERD and related knowledge as well as compliance of their therapy and enhance the effects of treatment.
