摘　　要：本文回顾性分析青岛市市立医院收治的2例肾肿瘤患者的临床资料,探讨原发性肾尤因肉瘤(PRES)/原始神经外胚层肿瘤(PNET)的临床诊治特点。肾PRES/PNET恶性程度高,早期症状不典型,需结合临床表现、影像学检查及病理检查结果共同诊断,目前的治疗方法是以手术治疗为主,联合放化疗或靶向治疗的综合治疗。This article reported 2 cases primary renal Ewing sarcoma(PRES)/primitive neuroectodermal tumor(PNET).By reviewing literature,renal PRES/PNET has a high degree of malignancy,and early symptoms are not typical.It needs to be combined with clinical manifestations,imaging examinations and pathological examination results.At present,surgical treatment is the main treatment,combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy or targeted treatment might help.
