摘　　要：季节过敏性结膜炎中医称"时复目痒"。燕京韦氏中医眼科流派经过多年的临床实践,总结出因时辨证内外治并重治疗季节过敏性结膜炎独特的诊疗思路。依据过敏性结膜炎四时发病病因病机之不同分别论治:发于春者,洗肝散加减;发于夏者,洗心汤加减;发于秋者,暴赤泻肺汤加减;发于冬者,六味地黄汤加减;同时予加味桑明液洗剂外用熏洗治疗。经过多年的临床实践验证疗效确切、有效的缩短病程及降低复发率。Seasonal allergic conjunctivitis is called constant eye itching in traditional Chinese medicine.After years of clinical practice,Yanjing Wei’s ophthalmology school of traditional Chinese medicine has summed up a unique diagnosis and treatment idea of treating seasonal allergic conjunctivitis with dialectical internal and external treatment.According to the different etiology and pathogenesis of the disease in the four seasons,they were treated respectively:modified Xigan Powder was used in spring;Xixin Decoction was used in summer;modified Baochi Xiefei Decoction was used in autumn;modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction was used in winter;and Jiawei Sangming Liquid Lotion was used for external fumigation.After years of clinical practice,the curative effect is exact and effective to shorten the course of disease and reduce the recurrence rate.
