摘　　要：目的探讨针刺配合盆底康复技术治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床疗效。方法选择产后盆底功能障碍患者72例,按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组采用盆底康复术治疗,观察组实施针刺配合盆底康复技术治疗,对比分析2组盆肌收缩力治疗效果以及患者满意度。结果观察组总有效率(97.22%,35/36)优于对照组(83.34%,30/36)(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率(72.23%,26/36)优于对照组(66.67%,24/36)(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合盆底康复技术治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病疗效显著,患者盆底肌肉收缩力增加,患者生活质量大大提高,满意度提高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,and to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 72 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were selected.According to the principle of random grouping,they were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36) and control group (n=36).The control group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation technology.The effect of pelvic muscle contractility therapy and the satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (97.22%,35/36) was better than that of the control group (83.34%,30/36) (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group (72.23%,26/36) was better than that of the control group (66.67%,24/36) (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation technique is effective in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.The contractility of pelvic floor muscle is increased,the quality of life of patients is greatly improved,and the satisfaction is improved.
