摘  要:建立了一种QuEChERS-气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定海水鱼体中9种有机磷阻燃剂(OPFRs)的分析方法。选择0.5%甲酸-乙腈溶液作为提取溶液,采用N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)和十八烷基硅烷(C18)作为吸附材料,优化了样品与溶剂的比例,建立了可快速提取OPFRs和净化生物样品杂质的QuEChERS方法。采用气相色谱串联质谱-多反应监测模式(GC-MS/MS-MRM)进行定量分析,9种OPFRs在2.0~200.0μg/L范围内具有较好的线性相关,相关系数r^2在0.9940~0.9994之间,方法检出限(LODs)在0.14~0.68μg/kg范围内,平均回收率为70.1%~116.9%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)小于9.2%。该方法可应用于快速检测生物样品中OPFRs残留。A method for the determination of 9 organophosphorus flame retardants( OPFRs) in marine fish by coupling QuEChERS with gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry( GC-MS/MS) was established.Npropyl-ethylenediamine( PSA) and octadecylsilane( C18) were used to optimized the ratio of the sample with solvent,6.0 mL 0.5% formic-acetonitrile solution was selected as the extraction solution,and quantitative analysis was carried out by GC-MS/MS.9 OPFRs had good linear correlation from 2.0 to 200.0 μg/L with the correlation coefficients( r^2) of 0.9940-0.9994.The limits of detection( LODs) were 0.14-0.68 μg/kg,and the recoveries were in the range of 70.1%-116.9% with the relative standard deviations( RSDs) lower than9.2%.The method could be used for rapid detection of OPFRs residues in biological samples.
