摘 要:探讨TFPI-2在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与VEGF、MVD相关性。将2017年1月至2019年3月该院收治的92例宫颈癌患者宫颈组织标本纳入宫颈癌组,另将同期该院收治的60例CIN患者宫颈组织标本纳入CIN组,同期选取该院健康体检的40例标本纳入对照组。对宫颈组织内TFPI-2及VEGF表达进行半定量分析,经CD34染色切片计算MVD。宫颈癌组、CIN组的宫颈组织标本内TFPI-2阳性表达率均低于健康对照组,且宫颈癌组低于CIN组(P<0.05);宫颈癌组、CIN组的宫颈组织标本内VEGF阳性表达率均高于健康对照组,且宫颈癌组高于CIN组(P<0.05);宫颈癌组、CIN组的宫颈组织标本内MVD均高于健康对照组,且宫颈癌组高于CIN组(P<0.05);经Spearman分析发现,宫颈癌组织内TFPI-2蛋白表达和VEGF蛋白表达、MVD均显示为负相关(r=-0.631、-0.686,P<0.05)。TFPI-2蛋白于宫颈癌组织内呈低表达,且TFPI-2蛋白表达和宫颈癌组织内VEGF蛋白表达、MVD显示为负相关。TFPI-2蛋白能经下调宫颈癌组织内VEGF蛋白表达、减少MVD,抑制宫颈癌组织新生血管形成,为临床诊治宫颈癌提供新方向。To investigate the expression of TFPI-2 in cervical cancer tissues and its correlation with VEGF and MVD.92 cases of cervical cancer patients admitted in the author’s hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were included in the cervical cancer group.In addition,60 cases of CIN patients with cervical tissue specimens admitted to our hospital were included in the CIN group.In the same period,40 cases of specimens of the hospital’s health examination were selected into the control group.Semi-quantitative analysis of TFPI-2 and VEGF expression in cervical tissues was performed,and MVD was calculated by CD34 staining.The positive expression rate of TFPI-2 in cervical tissue specimens of cervical cancer and CIN group was lower than that of healthy control group,and the cervical cancer group was lower than CIN group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of VEGF in cervical tissue specimens of cervical cancer group and CIN group was higher than that of healthy control group,and cervical cancer group was higher than CIN group(P<0.05).The MVD in the cervical tissue specimens of the cervical cancer group and the CIN group were higher than those of the healthy control group,and the cervical cancer group was higher than the CIN group(P<0.05).According to Spearman analysis,TFPI-2 protein expression and VEGF protein expression and MVD in cervical cancer tissues were negatively correlated(r=-0.631,-0.686,P<0.05).TFPI-2 protein was lowly expressed in cervical cancer tissues,and TFPI-2 protein expression was negatively correlated with VEGF protein expression and MVD in cervical cancer tissues.TFPI-2 protein can downregulate the expression of VEGF in cervical cancer tissues,reduce MVD,inhibit neovascularization of cervical cancer tissues,and provide a new direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
