摘  要:以某底盘上盖为例,阐述了CAE流动模拟分析软件的重要性,分析了底盘上盖的结构工艺,采用CAE流动模拟分析软件进行了模具结构的开发设计,最终,获得了一套切合于实际的浇注系统方案,并在此基础上优化了模具结构,减少了注塑模存在的潜在风险,提升了模具品质,减少了试模次数,充分展现了CAE技术在浇注系统设计和注射模具开发过程中起到的突出作用。实际生产注塑表明,该底盘上盖注塑模结构设计合理,塑件成型质量良好,外型美观,能够完全满足大批量生产的需求。该模具属于典型的多滑块与多斜顶抽芯倒装注塑模,结构设计优良,能为类似塑件的注塑模设计提供极大的参考借鉴价值。Taking a chassis cover as an example,the importance of flow CAE simulation analysis software was expounded,the structure of the chassis cover process was analyzed,flow by using CAE simulation analysis software development and design of die structure,finally got a set of suit the actual gating system solutions,on the basis of optimizing the mold structure,the potential risk of the existence of injection moulds was reduced,the quality of the mould was improved and the test times were reduced.It sufficingly exhibited prominent actions of CAE technics on the aspects of the feed system design and the injection mould development.The actual production showed that the structure design of the injection mould on the cover of the chassis was reasonable,the molding quality was good,the appearance was beautiful,and it completely met the demand of mass production.The mould belonged to the typical multi-slide block and multi-inclined top core-pulling inverted injection mould with excellent structure design,which could provide great reference value for similar injection mould design.
