摘　　要：毕业设计质量、大学生学风和大四到课率是本科教学的重要环节,是高校本科教学质量的重要体现。长安大学工程机械学院围绕提升本科毕业设计质量、加强学风建设和提高大四到课率这一全国大学生核心短板问题,采取目标-功能-结构-效果之间协调的综合分析方法,系统把握相关要素及环节,院校取长补短、师生联合发力,创建效果明显的三位一体的本科生教学质量保证体系,提升了本科生综合素质和就业能力,在全校范围内起到了示范辐射作用。The quality of graduation project,the academic atmosphere and the seniors'class rate are important links in undergraduate teaching,and they also reflect the quality of undergraduate teaching in universities.Regarding the issue of improving the quality of undergraduate graduation project,strengthening the construction of academic atmosphere,and increasing the seniors'class rate to the core shortcomings of the national college students,School of Engineering Machinery in Chang'an University adopts a comprehensive analysis method of goal-function-structure-effect coordination,systematically grasps relevant elements and links;schools and colleges learn from each other's strengths,and work together with teachers and students to create an effective trinity undergraduate teaching quality assurance system.It has improved the comprehensive quality and employability of undergraduates,and played a model radiation role throughout the school.
