美术类高校人才培养质量的现状分析及提升对策

摘　　要：对美术类高校人才培养质量的现状分析认识其存在的不足,包括:学生专业素养有待增强、学生综合文化素质水平有待提高、复合型人才培养质量有待提升、学生创新创业能力有待增强等。结合高校教育教学实际,提出改进及提升对策:实施科学规范管理,提高高校教育教学质量;开展创新创业教育和业务辅导,增强学生的创新创业能力;加强就业指导,提高学生就业意识,增强学生的就业竞争力;完善生涯辅导,促进学生的职业发展。Analysis of the current situation of the quality of talent training in fine arts colleges and universities recognizes its shortcomings,including:the need to enhance student professional literacy,the level of comprehensive cultural literacy of students,the quality of composite talent training,and the ability of students to innovate and entrepreneurship.Combining college education and teaching practice,the paper put forward improvement and promotion countermeasures:implement scientific and standardized management to improve the quality of college education and teaching;carry out innovation and entrepreneurship training and business coaching to enhance students'ability to innovate and pioneer;strengthen employment guidance,improve students'employment awareness,and enhance students'employment competitiveness;improve career counseling and promote the professional development of students.
