摘　　要：目的:研究进展期胃癌组织中叉头框Q1(FOXQ1)与细胞增殖指数Ki67表达的相关性,分析两者表达水平对治疗预后的影响。方法:进展期胃癌167例,运用免疫组化法检测癌组织中FOXQ1和Ki67蛋白的表达水平。采用Pearson法对FOXQ1与Ki67表达进行相关性分析,采用χ2检验分析FOXQ1和Ki67表达与临床参数的关系,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线和Log-rank检验分析患者无复发生存期(RFS),采用Cox比例风险回归分析影响RFS的因素。结果:FOXQ1在胃癌组织中高表达,并与Ki6表达水平呈正相关性(r=0.77,P<0.001)。患者RFS与FOXQ1高表达(HR=2.962,P<0.001)、Ki67高表达(HR=2.416,P<0.001)有关。FOXQ1和Ki67高表达患者术后RFS生存率低于FOXQ1和Ki67表达阴性者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进展期胃癌组织中FOXQ1和Ki67高表达,两者表达水平呈正相关,FOXQ1及Ki67高表达影响SOX化疗方案的效果,与患者术后复发及RFS缩短相关。Objective:To study on forkhead box Q1 and cell proliferation index Ki67 expression levels and explore their correlation with clinical parameters as well as their relation with prognosisin advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry technique(IHC)was used to detect the expression of FOXQ1 and Ki67 in advanced gastric carcinoma.The expression of FOXQ1 and Ki67 in gastric carcinoma was analyzed byχ2 test.Pearson was used to conduct hierarchical correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between FOXQ1 and Ki67 expression.The 5-year recurrence-free survival(RFS)of the patient was followed up.Univariate Cox proportional risk regression was used to analyze the survival difference of the patient under the influence of various factors.Significant factors in univariate regression analysis are further incorporated into multivariate regression analysis.Kaplan-Meier survival curves and Log-rank test were used to analyze the effect of FOXQ1 and Ki67 on the recurrence-free survival of patients after gastric cancer operation under SOXchemotherapy regimens.And intra-group and inter-group comparative analysis was carried out.Results:The FOXQ1 expressions were higher in the gastric cancer tissues than in the corresponding adjacent non-tumor tissues.There was positive correlation between FOXQ1 and Ki67 expression in gastric cancer tissue.The results showed that higher FOXQ1 and Ki67 expressions were influential factors of efficacy in the RFS.Conclusion:FOXQ1 expression was positive correlated with Ki67 expression in advanced gastric carcinoma.FOXQ1 and Ki67 expression affect the prognosis of gastric carcinoma patients together.
