人类表皮生长因子受体-2表达水平与胃癌患者淋巴结转移的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人类表皮生长因子受体-2表达水平与胃癌患者淋巴结转移的相关性。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月本院收治的80例胃癌患者作为胃癌组,另选取同期在本院接受治疗的26例胃黏膜正常者作为胃黏膜正常组。检测所有患者人类表皮生长因子受体-2表达水平,比较两组患者病理特征与人类表皮生长因子受体-2表达水平的相关性。结果经检测,胃癌组人类表皮生长因子受体-2表达阳性率明显高于胃黏膜正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性、分化程度为G3+G4、浸润程度为T4、淋巴结转移N1+N2+N3及TNM分期为Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期人类表皮生长因子受体-2阳性率均明显高于女性、分化程度为G1+G2、浸润程度为T1+T2+T3、淋巴结转移N0及TNM分期为Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者的组织中人类表皮生长因子受体-2表达水平与淋巴结转移具有相关性,测定人类表皮生长因子受体-2表达水平可为患者的治疗及预后提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the correlation between expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 and lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 80 patients with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer who admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as gastric cancer group,and 26 cases of normal gastric mucosa who treated in our hospital were selected as normal gastric mucosa group.All patients were given detection of expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2.The correlation between pathological features and expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 was analyzed in two groups.Results The positive rate of expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 in gastric cancer group was higher than that in normal gastric mucosa group(P<0.05).The positive rate of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 in the male,differentiation degree of G3+G4,infiltration degree of T4,lymph node metastasis of N1+N2+N3,TNM stage with stage-Ⅲand stage-Ⅳwas higher than that in the female,differentiation degree of G1+G2,infiltration degree of T1+T2+T3,lymph node metastasis of N0,TNM stage with stage-Ⅰand stage-Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 in gastric cancer tissues is correlated with lymph node metastasis.The determination of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 expression can provide a basis for the treatment and prognosis of patients.
