摘 要:目的探讨蓝光滤过衍射型多焦点人工晶状体植入辅助治疗白内障的临床效果。方法选取本院2017年12月至2019年6月收治的84例白内障患者,按照随机双盲法分为对照组(n=42,超声乳化联合单焦点人工晶状体植入)与观察组(n=42,超声乳化联合蓝光滤过衍射型多焦点人工晶状体植入)。比较两组患者手术前后黄斑结构、视力以及并发症发生率。结果观察组术后1、3个月裸眼近视力、裸眼远视力均优于对照组(P<0.05),术后3个月黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度为(191.54±13.79)μm,高于对照组的(180.25±10.64)μm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后均出现1例角膜水肿,症状轻微,未特殊处理后好转,均未发生人工晶状体偏位、囊袋皱缩、后囊浑浊等并发症。结论蓝光滤过衍射型多焦点人工晶状体植入辅助治疗能提高白内障患者的视力,改善黄斑结构,且无严重并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blue light filtered diffractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract.Methods 84 cataract patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were divided into the control group(n=42,phacoemulsification combined with single focus intraocular lens implantation)and the observation group(n=42,phacoemulsification combined with blue light filtered diffractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation)according to the random double-blind method.Compared to the macular structure,visual acuity,and complication rates between the two groups of patients.Results The near-vision and far-vision in the observation group were better than those of the control group at 1 and 3 months after surgery.The retinal thickness of macular foetal retina in the observation group was(191.54±13.79)μm,which was higher than that of the control group(180.25±10.64)μm.The difference was statistically significant at 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).There were 1 case of corneal edema after surgery in both two groups,with mild symptoms and no improvement after special treatment.No complications such as intraocular lens deviation,pouch shrinkage and posterior capsular turbidity occurred in two groups.Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of blue light filtered diffractive multifocal intraocular lens implantation can improve the vision of cataract patients,improve the macular structure,and has no obvious complications.It is worth of clinical application.
