摘　　要：随着住院医师培训制度在全国的推广,住院医师的规范化培训显得尤为重要。在注重临床技能培养的同时,全面素养的提高,包括独立科研能力的提高对于住院医师今后的职业规划和发展非常有益。本文从科研培训的必要性、科研培训遇到的困难以及如何对住院医师进行科研培训进行阐述,旨在提高住院医师培训水平和综合素质。The development of residency training and evaluating system is very important.Besides training in clinical skills,it is necessary to implement a comprehensive training program including the capacity building of scientific research.This review aims to discuss the necessity and the challenges of research training at present and also discuss how to increase residency research productivity,and hope to improve the quality of residency training.
