摘  要:针对某高铁出现的轨道板上拱离缝现象,考虑车轮动载荷和不平顺序列的影响,对轨道板离缝病害进行仿真分析。利用非线性有限元方法,分析不同离缝下轨道板的变形量以及应力变化,研究离缝对轨道板结构的影响;基于静力学仿真结果利用动力学方法,分析不同离缝下的轨道板、钢轨以及列车的动力学响应,研究不同离缝量对列车运行的影响。结果表明:离缝4~8 mm时会对轨道板造成破坏性伤害,随着离缝范围的扩大至8 mm时,轮轨垂向力及横向力、钢轨位移分别超过极限值170、80 kN以及2 mm;随着离缝量的增加,车辆垂向加速度、脱轨系数及轮重减载率均逐渐超过列车运行的极限值。针对轨道板上拱离缝提出了相应修复措施,通过采用植筋修复方案,使轨道板形变低于2 mm,弯曲应力降低至40 MPa以下,显著改善由离缝带来的不利影响,对提高列车运行的安全性,具有重要的现实意义。Considering the influence of the dynamic wheel load and the sequence of irregularity,simulation analysis of the slits on crack plate is carried out.The deformation and stress variation of track plates with different slits are analyzed by nonlinear finite element method,and the influence of the slits on the track plate structure is studied.Based on the static simulation results,dynamic responses of track panels,rails and trains under different cracks are analyzed by dynamics method,and the effect of different slits on train operation is studied.The results show that track plate can be destructively damaged when the slit is 4-8 mm.When the slit is extended to 8 mm,the vertical and horizontal forces of the wheel and rail and the displacement of the rail exceed the limit values of 170 kN,80 kN and 2 mm respectively.The vehicle vertical acceleration,derailment coefficient and wheel load shedding rate gradually exceed the limit value of train operation with the increase of slit.Corresponding repair measures are proposed for the arch slits on the track plate.With implanted bar method,the deformation of track plate is less than 2 mm and the bending stress is reduced below 40 MPa,which will greatly improve the adverse effects caused by the slits and improve train operation with important practical significance.
