摘 要:高速铁路接触网工程建设过程中,锚段关节因结构安装特点无法安装弹性吊索,但贸然取消弹性吊索可能会对接触网锚段关节弓网受流造成影响,因此对其研究有重要意义。根据有关标准和工程实践,首先拟定250 km/h和350 km/h两个速度等级的接触网设计参数,再结合弹性吊索参数及接触网锚段关节安装和取消弹性吊索确定了8种工况,分别建立接触网仿真模型,对弓网动态性能仿真计算后,得出不同工况下接触网动态性能。经分析得出的结果为:250 km/h速度等级接触网弹性吊索长度宜取14 m,张力宜取2.8 kN,锚段关节宜安装弹性吊索;350 km/h速度等级接触网弹性吊索长度宜取18 m,张力宜取3.5 kN,锚段关节宜安装弹性吊索。该结果可为设计速度250 km/h、350 km/h高速铁路接触网系统设计和施工提供参考依据。In the construction process of high-speed railway catenary project,it is impossible to install stitch wire due to the structural installation characteristics of the overlap section,and bold cancellation of the stitch wire may affect current collection.According to relevant standards and engineering practices,the design parameters of catenary at 250 km/h and 350 km/h are proposed firstly,and then eight working conditions with or without stitch wire on catenary overlap section are determined.The catenary simulation models are established respectively,and the dynamic performances of catenary under different working conditions are obtained after the dynamic performance simulation calculation of pantograph and catenary.The analysis results are as follows:the length of stitch wire for 250 km/h catenary should be 14 m and the tension should be 2.8 kN;the length of stitch wire for 350 km/h catenary should be 18 m and the tension should be 3.5 kN.The results provide reference for the design and construction of catenary system for 250 km/h and 350 km/h high-speed railway.
