摘 要:目的将3D成像技术应用于注射隆下颏的术前、术后即刻及术后6个月的测量,为临床颏部注射填充效果评估提供更完善的数据参考。方法自2018年7月至2019年1月,以脂肪干细胞胶(stromal vascular fraction-gel,SVF-gel)注射隆下颏进行面部轮廓重塑,符合入组条件32例,年龄18~45岁,用Artec Eva 3D扫描仪对颏部术前、术后即刻及术后6个月采集3D成像数据,并从线距、角度等方面进行对比,综合评估治疗效果并进行统计学分析。结果32例患者注射隆颏后未出现并发症,失访2例,共收集数据30例,对颏部塑形效果均较满意。基于本研究组制定的颏部3D成像测量评估指标,30例患者术前、术后即刻及术后6个月下颏冠状位、矢状位的线距、角度等数据变化值均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用3D成像技术测量和评估颏部注射SVF-gel塑形手术的术后效果,较传统方法更直观、精确和客观,值得临床应用。Objective The 3 D imaging technology was applied to measure the chin augmentation before the injection,immediately after injection and at 6 months after injection,so as to provide a better data reference for the evaluation of chin augmentation in clinic.Methods From July 2018 to January 2019,chin augmentation by stromal vascular fraction-gel(SVF-gel)injection was performed.The 3 D imaging data of chin before the injection,immediately after injection and at 6 months after injection were collected by Artec Eva 3 D scanner.The efficacy was compared from the aspects of linear distance and angle,comprehensive assessment of therapeutic effect and statistical analysis were performed.Results Thirty-two patients received SVF-gel injection for chin augmentation.No complications were found.Follow-up was lost in 2 patients,and data were collected in 30 patients.Based on the measurement and evaluation indexes of 3 D mental imaging developed by our research group,the changes in the linear distance and angle of the coronary and sagittal mental positions of 30 patients before and immediately after injection and 6 months after injection showed a consistent trend and were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of 3 D imaging technology in the measurement and evaluation of postoperative efficacy of chin filling with SVF-gel was more intuitive and accurate than traditional methods.It should be considerable for clinical application.
