摘　　要：网络课程教学团队是远程教育不断发展的关键力量,加强管理有助于团队健康、有序运行。目前团队在运行过程中仍存在运行机制不明确、教学质量难以保证等问题。从法约尔管理理论视角分析,管理远程教育网络课程教学团队要以学习者为中心、培育良好的团队氛围,另外要明确团队组织架构、顺畅沟通机制,更要注重教师个人发展。The network course teaching team is a key force for the continuous development of distance education.Strengthening management will help team operate healthily and orderly.At present,there are still problems such as unclear operating mechanism and difficulty in guaranteeing the quality of teaching.From the perspective of Henri Fayol’s management theory,to manage distance education network course teaching team should be learner-centered and foster a good team atmosphere.In addition,clarifying the team organization structure and smooth communication mechanism,and the individual development of teachers must be emphasized.
