不同遮盖时间治疗儿童单眼轻中度屈光参差性弱视的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨不同遮盖时间治疗儿童单眼轻中度屈光参差性弱视的临床效果。方法选取单眼轻中度屈光参差性弱视行遮盖疗法及弱视训练的患儿60例,按随机数字表法分为2组:A组30例每日遮盖2 h;B组30例每日遮盖4 h。比较2组治疗前后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和治疗效果。结果治疗前,2组BCVA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3个月,B组BCVA相比A组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,2组BCVA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组治疗总有效率为93.33%,与B组90.00%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于单眼轻中度屈光参差性弱视患儿而言,早期遮盖时间越长效果越理想,利于提升矫正视力,治疗6个月后短时间遮盖也能达到长时间遮盖的效果,对治疗6个月后儿童应用短时间遮盖利于提升治疗依从性。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different occlusion time on mild to moderate monocular anisometropic amblyopia in children.Methods Sixty children with mild to moderate monocular anisometropic amblyopia were randomly given occlusion therapy for 2(group A,n=30)or 4 hours(group B,n=30)per day.The best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in BCVA between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment for 3 months,the BCVA in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).However,the difference in BCVA was not significant between the two groups after treatment for 6 months(P>0.05).In addition,the total effective rate in group A(93.33%)was not significantly different from that in group B(90.00%)(P>0.05)Conclusion For children with mild to moderate anisometropic amblyopia,the longer the early occlusion time,the better the corrected visual acuity.Short-term covering after 6 months of treatment can also achieve long-term covering effect.For children who have undergone 6 months of treatment,short-term covering is conducive to improving the treatment compliance.
