摘 要:现代基因技术引发了新一轮对生命问题的关注,人类可能需要重新提倡一种新的生命伦理,以回应基因技术向人类生命提出的一系列挑战。《老子》中蕴含着丰富的生命伦理思想,其中"反"这一范畴,以"相应相成"的动态平衡关系,表明人类未来生命形态的存在可能性;以"生命自化"的运动内在动力,辨别技术干预生命的合理性边界;以"正言若反"的逆向思维方式,启发生命伦理在基因技术发展中的积极作用;以"复归其根"的生命本根与本质,揭示生命价值真正指向,为新生命伦理的构建提供了理论的可能与现实的指导。Modern gene technology has caused a new round of attention to life problems,and human beings may need to re-advocate a new bioethics to respond to a series of challenges posed by gene technology to human life.There are abundant thoughts on bioethics in the Laozi.Through the dynamic balance of "corresponding and mutually reinforcing",the category of Fan indicates the possibility of future human life forms.With the intrinsic motive force of "life automatization",the rationality boundary of technological intervention life can be identified.The positive role of bioethics in the development of gene technology can also draw on "the reverse way of thinking".With the root and essence of life "returning to its root",the true direction of life value can be revealed.All of these thoughts can provide theoretical possibility and realistic guidance for the construction of a new life ethics.
