摘　　要：新时代社会转型发展对会计人才的培养提出了新的要求,以就业创业为导向,实施会计专业分方向教学实践,优化人才培养方案,实现因材施教,走出一条专创融合、产教融合的实用型会计人才培养之路。The social transformation and development in the new era put forward new requirements for accounting talents.In this paper,the author introduces the direction-oriented teaching of Accounting major based on employment-and-entrepreneurshiporiented policy.This paper explains the necessities,methods and approaches of direction-oriented teaching.
