摘　　要：“双一流”大学建设背景下,“立德树人”作为当代中国教育的根本任务被赋予了更高的要求与价值内涵。在当前的大学生管理体系中,存在管理理念、文化、体制机制、队伍等滞后诱发的德育及思想政治教育在管理中缺失的问题,需要以思想政治教育为基础、以社会主义先进文化为引领、以精准帮扶与体验为方式、以大学生自我管理为切入,探寻“立德树人”在大学生管理事务中的铸建路径。In the context of the construction of a“double first-class”university,“foster character and civic virtue”as a fundamental task of contemporary Chinese education has been raised to new levels and requirements,and endowed with the value connotation of“harmony and difference”.In the current university student management system,there are problems in management,morality,and ideological and political education caused by the lagging of management concepts,culture,systems,and teams.It needs to be based on ideological and political education,guided by advanced socialist culture,and as a method of precision assistance and experience,with the self-management of college students as the starting point,explore the casting path of“foster character and civic virtue”in the management of college students.
