高职农机装备应用技术专业学生创新创业能力培养策略研究

摘　　要：以高职院校中农机装备应用技术专业为例,针对专业就业面窄、工作季节性强等特点,通过调研分析,分别从优化课程设置、营造良好创新创业氛围、引导学生积极参加实践活动等方面,提出学生创新创业能力培养策略,通过校企主体联合培养出新一代创新创业人才。It is very important for higher vocational college students to adapt to the increasingly severe employment situation and fast-developing social rhythm.In order to better broaden employment channels,it is important to cultivate students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability.This thesis takes the specialty of agricultural machinery equipment application technology as an example.Aiming at the characteristics of narrow professional employment and strong seasonality of work,through research and analysis,respectively,it optimizes the curriculum setting,creates a good atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship,and leads students to actively participate in practical activities.Research on entrepreneurship development strategies,school and business entities jointly participate in this research.
