摘　　要：高等教育在“一带一路”倡议中承担着联通沿线国家民情、民意、民心的重要作用,甘肃作为“一带一路”沿线的重要战略节点,甘肃高等教育的国际化发展,要克服国际化价值取向模糊、发展动力不足、交流与合作形式单一等现实问题,省级教育行政部门要提高指导力度,加强顶层设计,统筹规划构建“一带一路”全域服务体系,高校要从建立健全国际交流体系,打造多层级的“一带一路”教育合作以及加强国别研究,建设“一带一路”高水平合作智库等举措入手,提高甘肃高等教育国际化水平,提升高等教育主动服务经济社会发展的能力。Higher education plays an important role in linking the people's sentiments,opinions and sentiments of the countries along the"Belt and Road".Gansu province is one of the important nodes along the"Belt and Road".The internationalization development of higher education in Gansu,should overcome practical problems,such as ambiguity of international value orientation,lack of motivation,single form of communication and cooperation.In order to improve the internationalization level of higher education and enhance the ability of higher education to serve regional economic and social development,the provincial administrative department of education should improve the guidance,strengthen the top-level design,overall planning to build the"Belt and Road"global service system.Colleges and universities should establish and improve the international communication system,build a regional study in higher education,and starting with the construction of the"Belt and Road"high-level cooperative think-tanks.
