教育现代化2035背景下湖北省高职经管专业“现代化”素质培养的路径研究

摘　　要：文章在教育现代化2035的背景下,以培养“现代化”全面素质为目标,从高职经管类专业入手,提出了构建多平台的实践教学体系及创新人才培养的教学生态环境,从课程体系、校企合作、校园文化、评价体系等具体策略来进行人才培养模式的创新。力图培养出既有扎实的专业技能,又有创新能力、学习能力的全面素质人才,以期实现职业教育现代化人才培养的质量目标,为区域经济转型及产业升级提供具有创新精神的高素质技术人才。Under the background of education modernization 2035,this article aims to cultivate the comprehensive quality of"modernization",starting from higher vocational economics and management,and proposes the construction of a multi-platform practical teaching system and a teaching ecological environment for the cultivation of innovative talents.From the curriculum system,school-enterprise cooperation,campus culture,evaluation system and other strategies to carry out the innovation of personnel training mode.Strive to cultivate all-round quality talents with solid professional skills,innovation and learning ability,in order to achieve the quality goal of vocational education modern talent training,and provide innovative high-quality technical talents for regional economic transformation and industrial upgrading.
