摘 要:户用光伏板的建模与仿真是所有户用光伏发电相关工作的重要研究基础。在户用光伏板的物理数学模型基础上,建立了考虑随机光照强度和温度因素户用光伏板模型,并利用Matlab/Simulink工具搭建了户用光伏板仿真电路模型,研究了光照强度、环境温度等因素对户用光伏板V-I和P-V特性的影响。该仿真模型采用循序渐进的搭建方法,易于搭建,在标准条件下,仿真结果与工程计算模型计算结果基本一致,验证了该模型的正确性。当温度和光照强度发生变化时,该模型也能准确绘制户用光伏板特性曲线,适用于一般工况。The modeling and simulation of photovoltaic module are an important research basis for all related work of photovoltaic power generation.Based on the physical and mathematical models of photovoltaic module,the simulation circuit model of photovoltaic module is built by using Matlab/Simulink tools,and the effects of irradiation,ambient temperature and other factors on the V-I and P-V characteristics of photovoltaic module are studied.The simulation model is built step by step,which is very clear and simple.Under the standard conditions,the simulation results of the model are basically consistent with those of the engineering calculation model.When the temperature and irradiation change,the model can also accurately plot the photovoltaic module characteristic curve,which is suitable for general working conditions.
