摘　　要：皮肤镜检查是伴随皮肤影像技术发展起来的一种无创性皮肤辅助诊断方法,主要用于皮肤良、恶性肿瘤的早期预判和辅诊,在皮肤外科、整形外科和激光美容等领域应用较为广泛。我们在传统的PBL教学模式中,创新性地引入经典的皮肤镜影像素材,使标准化病例在具体的临床实践教学中更加形象生动,主要聚焦于快速有效提高医学生以临床能力为导向的皮肤无创诊疗水平。Dermoscopy is a common,non-invasive,skin-assisted diagnosis method developed with the development of skin imaging technology,which is mainly applied in the early prediction and auxiliary diagnosis of common benign and malignant skin tumor diseases.At present,it has been widely used in the dermatologic surgery,plastic surgery,laser cosmetology and other fields.In the traditional PBL teaching mode,this paper attempts to introduce classic dermoscopy image materials to make standardized cases more vivid in clinical teaching,focusing on the rapid and effective improvement of medical students’clinically-oriented non-invasive diagnosis and treatment level.
