摘 要:为适应国家食品科学与工程人才培养的需要,根据食品企业对应用性人才培养的要求,结合专业实际,开展寒地杂粮食品安全控制及全程质量追溯实验教学示范中心建设的探索。通过优化整合现有实验资源,创建"一体化、多层次、开放式、重基础、求创新"的实验教学示范中心。引入现代互联网技术,融合多种方式辅助建设信息化管理系统。经过建设与实践,该平台在推动专业建设、提高大学生实践能力与创新能力、促进实验教学改革、培养高素质创新型人才等方面取得较好效果。In order to meet the needs of national food science and engineering personnel training, according to the requirements of food enterprises for applied personnel training,and in combination with the actual professional conditions,the exploration of the construction of cold-region food safety control and whole-procedure quality traceability experimental teaching demonstration center was carried out. By optimizing the integration of existing experimental resources, the experimental teaching demonstration center of"integration,multi-level and open,emphasis on the basis of innovation"was created. The information management system was instructed by introducing modern internet technology and integrating multiple ways.Through construction and practice,the platform had achieved good results in promoting professional construction,improving college students’ practical ability and innovation ability,promoting experimental teaching reform,and cultivating high-quality innovative talents.
