摘　　要：随着煤化工技术的蓬勃发展,以及能源结构改革,越来越多的企业投入煤化工板块。“煤气化”作为煤化工的第一步,能否稳定、高效的实现“煤气化”是所有煤化工企业“安稳长满优”运行的先决条件,关乎着企业的生死存亡。主要以全国首套3000 t/a产能的Shell气化炉为例,以高负荷、长周期为目的,列举了在运行过程存在的问题。通过理论结合实践经验,将气化、磨煤单元在大型气化装置运行过程中存在的个性及特性问题进行探索及研究,不仅对使用Shell气化炉的其他企业具有借鉴意义,同时对大型煤化工的发展也起到促进作用。With the fast and quick development of coal chemical technology and the reforming of energy structure,more and more companies have been invested in the coal chemical industry segment."Coal gasification"is the first step of coal chemical industry.Whether coal gasification can be realized stably and efficiently is a prerequisite for the operation of all coal chemical enterprises to be"safe and stable".This paper mainly takes the first setup of Shell gasifier with 3000 tons capacity as an example,and lists the problems existing in the operation process for the purpose of high load and long cycle operation.Through the combination of theory and practical experience,the personality and characteristics of gasification and coal grinding units in the operation of large-scale gasification devices are explored and studied,which not only has reference significance for other enterprises using Shell gasification furnaces,but also plays a role in promoting the development of large-scale coal chemical industry.
