摘 要:基于场协同原理研究了煮糖系统各传递单元和各物理场的特性,对多场协同作用的规律以及煮糖过程传热、传质和相变的影响机理分析,找出它们之间的耦合作用,建立了将场协同理论、过程能量平衡方程和多学科设计优化方法有机结合起来,由系统控制层和6个子系统层组成的一种煮糖设备全局协调设计优化模型。结合小生境技术和遗传算法提出多场协同建模方法的求解策略,有效地解决了多场协同优化的多目标多峰值的求解问题。研究结果表明:提出的设计算法能有效地改善场协同程度,提高了煮糖罐热转换效率,并优化了对流循环情况。Based on the principle of field synergy,the characteristics of each transfer unit and physical field of the sugar cooking system are studied,the law of multi-field synergy and the influence mechanism of heat transfer,mass transfer and phase change in the sugar cooking process are analyzed,and the coupling between them is found.It has established a global coordinated design optimization model for sugar cooking equipment that combines field synergy theory,process energy balance equations and multidisciplinary design optimization methods,and is composed of a system control layer and 6 subsystem layers.Combining niche technology and genetic algorithm,the solution strategy of multi-field collaborative modeling method is proposed,which effectively solves the multiobjective and multi-peak problem of multi-field collaborative optimization.Results of studies shown that the proposed design algorithm can effectively improve the degree of field cooperation,improve the heat conversion efficiency of cooking sugar tank and optimize the convection cycle.
