摘　　要：在整体结构尺寸不变的前提下,以关键板厚度为设计变量,所允许结构的最大应力和最大变形为约束条件,以转台结构总重量(体积)最小为目标函数,对转台各板厚度进行优化,通过ANSYS软件的优化迭代计算,得到设计变量(板厚)的非整最优解,再把最优解圆整后进行校核计算,从而得到设计变量(板厚)的圆整最优解,通过减小各板厚度进而达到转台结构轻量化目的。On the premise that the overall structure size remains unchanged,the thickness of the key plate is taken as the design variable,the maximum allowable stress and maximum deformation of the structure are taken as the constraint conditions,and the minimum total weight(volume)of the turntable structure is taken as the objective function to optimize the thickness of each plate of the turntable After the adjustment,the optimal solution of the design variable(plate thickness)is obtained by checking calculation.By reducing the thickness of each plate,the lightweight of the turntable structure can be achieved.
