摘  要:城轨交通直流(DC)牵引供电系统中,DC 750 V供电网通过常规降压变换器无法满足储能式有轨电车车载超级电容充电要求的电压范围(DC 500~900 V),提出一种前级DC/DC变换器升压、后级DC/DC变换器降压的两级电路拓扑,采用后级变换器功率前馈至前级变换器的控制方法,来实现两级变换器之间直流母线电压的稳定,从而得到满足超级电容充电要求的电压范围。仿真和实验结果验证了该系统的正确性和有效性。In the direct current(DC)traction power supply system of urban mass transit,the DC 750 V power supply network cannot satisfy the charging voltage range(DC 500-900 V)of the super capacitor in energy-storage tram vehicle through the conventional Buck converter.A two-stage circuit topology of pre-stage Boost converter and the last stage Buck converter is proposed,while a control method of power of the last stage Buck converter feed-forward to pre-stage Boost converter to realize the stability of the DC bus voltage between two converters is also proposed,so as to obtain the voltage range that meets the charging requirements of super capacitor.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the system.
