柴芍六君汤加味联合兰索拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柴芍六君汤加味联合兰索拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月于德州市人民医院就诊的慢性浅表性胃炎患者83例,将患者按随机数字表法分成对照组(41例)与观察组(42例)。对照组采用兰索拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用柴芍六君汤加味进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及胃肠激素指标(胃动力素、胃泌素、生长抑素)。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(97.62%,41/42)高于对照组(80.48%,33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清胃动力素、生长抑素水平高于对照组,胃泌素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴芍六君汤加味治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,控制胃肠激素水平。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of modified Chaishao Liujun decoction combined with Omeprazole on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods Eighty-three patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to Dezhou People’s Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Omeprazole enteric-coated capsule, and the observation group was treated with Chaishao Liujun decoction combined with enteric-coated capsule. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and gastrointestinal hormone indexes (motilin, gastrin and somatostatin) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.62% (41/42), higher than the 80.48% (33/41) in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes was lower in the observation group, compared to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared to the control group, the levels of serum motilin and somatostatin were higher in the observation group, the gastrin level was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Chaishao Liujun decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and control gastrointestinal hormone levels.
