摘  要:为了解武汉市周边发病塘鳜体内硝基呋喃类和氯霉素兽药残留情况,作者于2019年5—9月收集送检的各阶段患病鳜,对其水质、病因进行分析,并采用液相色谱-串联质谱法检测了鳜肌肉中硝基呋喃类和氯霉素的残留情况。结果表明,池塘总氮、氨氮和亚硝态氮含量明显偏高。患病鳜分别为传染性脾肾坏死病毒病、车轮虫病和细菌性烂鳃病。检测的14份鳜样品中氯霉素检出率为7.14%,硝基呋喃类在所有样品中均未检出。因此,武汉市周边鳜养殖环节特别是病害发生时存在使用禁用药物氯霉素,具有一定的食品安全隐患,应引起重视。To know the levels of nitrofurans(NFs) and chloramphenicol(CAP) residues in Siniperca chuatsi from the epidemic ponds around Wuhan city, 14 samples from disease ponds were collected from May to September in 2019, and the water quality and the disease incidence were analyzed at the same time. The concentrations of NFs and CAP residues were quantified by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS). The results showed that the concentrations of total nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were significantly high in 14 survey ponds. Infectious spleen and kidney necrosis virus, Trichodinosis and bacterial gill rot disease were the major diseases of S. chuatsi in the ponds. The positive rate of CAP was 7.14%(1/14). NFs metabolite was not detected in all samples. S. chuatsi from the epidemic ponds around Wuhan city was slightly contaminated by CAP. The problem of banned antibiotics CAP illegally used in the aquaculture still existed. Therefore, supervision and inspection should be strengthened in the entire farming process to ensure food safety, especially at epidemic diseases occurrence.
