企业社会责任对双元创新的影响研究--基于社会网络的调节作用

摘　　要：现有研究中,少有学者从企业社会责任视角出发对双元创新进行研究。为研究企业社会责任对双元创新的影响关系,探讨社会网络在二者关系之中的调节作用机制,基于2014—2018年沪市A股制造业上市公司相关数据进行实证分析,研究发现:企业社会责任与探索式创新、利用式创新之间具有显著的正相关关系。其中,相较于利用式创新,企业社会责任对探索式创新的正向影响更为显著。社会网络正向调节企业社会责任与探索式创新、利用式创新之间的关系。研究还发现,相较于利用式创新,社会网络对企业社会责任与探索式创新之间的调节作用更为显著。最后对研究结论进行了相关解释和提出了有关建议。An empirical analysis was conducted on the relevant data of A-share listed companies in manufacturing of the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018,to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility(CSR)and ambidextrous innovation,named exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation,and to explore the regulatory mechanism of the social network in such relationship.In the existing research literature,few scholars have studied the ambidextrous innovation from the perspective of CSR.The study found that:there is a significant positive correlation between the CSR and the ambidextrous innovation;the positive impact of CSR on the exploratory innovation is more significant than that on the exploitative innovation,and the regulatory effect of the social network on the CSR and the exploratory is more significant than that of the exploitative,in which the social network positively regulates the relationship between CSR and ambidextrous innovation.Finally,the research conclusions are explained and suggestions are put forward.
