摘　　要：目的:分析同步脑电图-功能磁共振成像技术(EEG-fMRI)在癫痫灶定位中的应用价值。方法:抽取2018年1月至2019年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院神经外科中心收治的62例癫痫患者为研究对象,均给予同步EEG-fMRI和头部静息态功能磁共振(rs-fMRI)检查。EEG-fMRI检查以脑电图中癫痫样放电为事件,经过离线分析得出与放电相关的血氧水平依赖(BOLD)信号反应区,分析并比较两种检查的符合率、检查特点和BOLD反应情况。结果:EEG-fMRI的检查符合率为98.39%,高于rs-fMRI的88.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EEG-f MRI对BOLD信号的检出率为100.00%,高于rs-fMRI检查的93.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同步EEG-f MRI检查应用在癫痫病灶定位中能够提供额外信息,有利于癫痫灶术前的评估和判定,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application value of synchronous electroencephalography-functional magnetic resonance imaging(EEG-fMRI)in the localization of epileptic foci.Methods Sixty-two epileptic patients admitted to the Neurosurgery Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,all patients were examined by EEG-fMRI and head rest function magnetic resonance(rs-fMRI).EEG-fMRI took epileptic discharge as an event in electroencephalogram(EEG),through off-line analysis,the reaction region of blood oxygen level dependent signal(BOLD)related to discharge was obtained,the coincidence rate,inspection characteristics and bold reaction of the two kinds of inspection were analyzed and compared.Results The coincidence rate of EEG-fMRI was 98.39%,which was higher than that of rs-fMRI(88.71%,P<0.05).The detection rate of BOLD signal in EEG-fMRI was 100.00%,which was higher than 93.55%in rs-fMRI(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of synchronous EEG-fMRI in the localization of epileptic foci can provide additional information,which is beneficial to the preoperative evaluation and judgment of epileptic foci and is worth popularizing.
