文拉法辛缓释剂与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴发焦虑的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较文拉法辛缓释剂与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴发焦虑的效果。方法:抽取2017年1月至2019年10月山西大同煤矿集团三医院收治的抑郁症伴焦虑患者60例,根据随机数字表分为两组,每组30例。对照组口服帕罗西汀治疗,观察组口服文拉法辛缓释剂治疗。比较两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、总体疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗1、2、4、8周,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.521、4.005、3.202、4.698、2.037、4.825、3.201、2.515,P均<0.05)。观察组总有效率(93.33%,28/30)高于对照组(76.67%,23/30),观察组不良反应发生率(10.00%,3/30)低于对照组(30.00%,9/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症伴发焦虑应用文拉法辛缓释剂治疗的效果较帕罗西汀更为显著,其可明显改善抑郁、焦虑症状,不良反应少,安全可靠。Objective To compare the efficacy of venlafaxine sustained release agent versus paroxetine in the treatment of depression associated with anxiety.Methods A total of 60 patients with depression associated with anxiety from January 2017 to October 2019 in Datong Coal Mine Group Three Hospital were selected,And divided into two groups according to random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oral paroxetine and the observation group was treated with oral venlafaxine.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,overall efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results The HAMA and HAMD scores at 1,2,4,8 weeks of treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(t=3.521,4.005,3.202,4.698,2.037,4.825,3.201,2.515,all P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%,28/30)was higher than that in the control group(76.67%,23/30),and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group(10.00%,3/10)was lower than that in the control group(30.00%,9/30),the differences were significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of venlafaxine sustained release agent in the treatment of depression and anxiety is more effective than paroxetine,which can significantly improve the symptoms of depression and anxiety in patients with less adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.
