摘　　要：针对石油、化工、环保等行业中温控器存在无防爆、控温抗干扰精度差、输入信号功能单一等问题,设计、开发了一款本质安全型智能比例积分微分(PID)温控器仪表。该智能仪表硬件采用限流、限压的本安技术,通过24位ADS1220模数转换与MM32SPIN单片机集成匹配,实现多种信号采集及本安防爆功能;软件针对输入端信号施加前级一阶限幅均值滤波和后级卡尔曼滤波算法处理,通过试验对比验证,能有效滤除外界尖峰毛刺脉冲扰动。通过对抗饱和积分算法研究,优化后的PID算法控温数据表明:该设计具有智能自学习能力,可通过递推最优控制参数,实现无控温对象限制,控温振荡周期短、响应时间快。输入信号滤波及抗饱和积分优化对防爆系统抗干扰精准PID控温算法研究验证具有借鉴意义。In view of the problems of temperature controller in petroleum,chemical industry,environmental protection and other industries,such as no explosion-proof,poor accuracy of temperature control for anti-interference and single function of input signal,etc.,the intrinsically safe intelligent proportion integration differentiation(PID)temperature controller instrument is designed and developed.The hardware of the intelligent instrument is developed by means of the intrinsic safety technology of current and voltage limiting,the multiple signal acquisition and intrinsic safety explosion-proof function through the integration of 24 bit ADS1220 analog-to-digital conversion and the MM32SPIN single-chip microcomputer.To achieve multi-channel signal acquisition and intrinsic safety explosion-proof function,the first-order amplitude limiting average filter and the second-order Kalman filter algorithm to the input signal are applied in software.The experimental results show that the disturbance of external spike and burr pulse can be effectively eliminated.Through the research of anti saturation integral algorithm,the temperature control data by using optimized PID algorithm is described.The following advantages are shown below i.e.,intelligent self-learning,recursive optimal control parameters,no temperature control object limitation,short temperature control oscillation period and fast response time.The input signal filtering technology and anti saturation integration technology can be used for reference in the research and verification of anti-interference precise PID temperature control algorithm of explosion-proof system.
