四君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并失眠的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究四君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并失眠的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月福建省漳州市中医院收治的脾胃气虚型胃溃疡(幽门螺旋杆菌阴性)并伴有失眠症状的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服四君子汤进行治疗,均进行14 d治疗。通过判断胃溃疡症状改善情况评估2种治疗方式的临床疗效,并通过睡眠质量评分表(PSQI)比较2种治疗方式对患者失眠状况的临床疗效。结果:观察组和对照组均可以改善脾胃气虚型胃溃疡以及失眠症状,但观察组疗效好于对照组。2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤联合常规西药比较于单独施加常规西药治疗可以更有效地改善脾胃气虚型胃溃疡以及其引发的失眠症状,建议推广。Objective:To explore the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on the gastric ulcer combined with insomnia caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastric ulcer(Helicobacter pylori was negative)combined with insomnia caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency who came to our hospital for treatment were selected for this study.The patients were divided into two groups and 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group for 14 days.To evaluate the clinical effect of the two treatment methods by judging the improvement of gastric ulcer symptoms,and to compare the clinical effect of the two treatment methods on insomnia by PSQI.Results:Both the observation group and the control group can improve the symptoms of gastric ulcer combined with insomnia caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency,but the effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group.There were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sijunzi Decoction associated with regular western medicine treatment exhibited better effect on the gastric ulcer combined with insomnia caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency than conventional western medicine alone,and this kind of treatment is of great worth for spreading.
