柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合西药治疗痰热内扰型失眠症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合西药治疗痰热内扰型失眠症的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月北京市丰台区卢沟桥社区卫生服务中心收治的痰热内扰型失眠症患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组给予艾司唑仑片口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,疗程均为30 d,观察2组患者的临床疗效、PSQI评分以及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为70%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者PSQI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合西药治疗痰热内扰型失眠症具有很好的临床效果,并且不良反应发生少,临床值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction plus Western Medicine on insomnia with phlegm heat disturbance.Methods:A total of 40 cases of insomnia with phlegm heat disturbance were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with estazolam,the observation group was treated with Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment was 30 days,the clinical efficacy,PSQI score and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%and that of the control group was 70%.There was statistical significance between the two groups;The difference of PSQI score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu plus Longgu Muli decoction combined with western medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of insomnia with phlegm heat disturbance,and there are few adverse reactions,so it is worth popularizing.
