摘  要:目的探讨全自动分析仪对脑脊液细胞计数及分类结果的准确性。方法采用全自动血细胞分析仪体液模式对20份脑脊液标本进行分析,按照美国临床实验室标准化协会(Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute,CLSI)的规定对全自动血细胞分析仪上检测的脑脊液中白细胞、红细胞的空白计数、携带污染率、精密度、线性范围和相关性等性能指标进行验证和评价。结果脑脊液中红细胞和白细胞的空白计数与携带污染率均符合厂家技术指标;低值的精密度变异系数低于20%,高值和中值均小于10%,符合临床要求,2个项目的检测结果与稀释倍数呈良好的线性关系(r>0.99)。结论脑脊液细胞计数及分类结果在全自动血细胞分析仪上的指标性能良好,能较好地满足临床需求。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of CSF cell count and classification results.Methods 20 cerebrospinal fluid samples were analyzed with the body fluid model of the automatic hematology analyzer.The blank count,carrying pollution rate,precision,linear range and correlation of white blood cells and red blood cells in the cerebrospinal fluid detected by the hematology analyzer were verified and evaluated according to the provisions of CLSI.Results The blank count and carrying contamination rate of red blood cells and white blood cells in cerebrospinal fluid were in accordance with the technical indicators of manufacturers.The precision variation coefficient of the low value was less than 20%,and the high value and median value were both less than 10%,which met the clinical requirements.There was a good linear relationship between the test results of two items and dilution ratio(r>0.99).Conclusion The results of CSF cell count and classification have a good performance on the automatic hematology analyzer and can meet the clinical needs.
