摘 要:为掌握食用菌中农药残留限量标准,保障食用菌科学用药和质量安全,本文系统地比较了我国、国际食品法典委员会、美国、日本和欧盟食用菌上农药最大残留限量标准,结合我国食用菌上农药登记现状,对食用菌科学用药和质量安全提出建议。To comprehend the situation of pesticide residue limits in edible fungi and ensure the scientific use of pesticides on and the quality safety of edible fungi,pesticide maximum residue limits in edible fungi in China,Codex Alimentarius Commission,the United States,Japan and the European Union were compared in the article.Combined with the current situations of pesticides registered on edible fungi in China,the suggestions on the scientific use of pesticides and quality safety of edible fungi were put forward.
