摘　　要：城市街区自助书吧是公共图书馆在基层服务的延伸。为增强其用户吸引力,提高服务效能,本研究基于技术接受模型,引入便利性、支持性与风险性等外部变量,构建城市街区自助书吧用户使用意愿模型,并使用问卷调查法收集数据验证模型。结果表明,感知有用性、感知易用性、支持性、便利性均对用户使用意愿有正向影响。基于此,从广泛宣传与精准推送、合理均衡布点、功能优化与个性化投放等方面提出了提高用户使用率的策略。The city block self-service library is an extension of the basic services of the public library.In order to enhance the attraction of its users and improve the service efficiency,this paper,based on the technology acceptance model,introduces convenience,supportability,risk and other external variables to construct the users’willingness model of urban block self-service library,and uses the questionnaire survey method to collect data and verify the model.The results show that perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,supportabilityand convenience all have positive effects on users’willingness.Based on the conclusions,this paper puts forward strategies to improve the utilization rate of users from the aspects of extensive publicity and accurate delivery,reasonable and balanced distribution,function optimization and personalized delivery.
