摘 要:对不同气化温度、气化时间下,餐厨垃圾超临界水气化固相副产物的燃烧特性和液相副产物碳分布特性进行了研究。分析结果表明:固相副产物热值为20.9~36.0 MJ/kg,液相总碳浓度为3 947~5 286 mg/L;随着超临界水气化温度(420~500℃)提高,固相副产物着火点呈下降趋势(489.4~406.0℃),最大燃烧失重速率点温度为607、591、608℃,同时液相副产物的总有机碳(TOC)含量下降(4 392~2 695 mg/L);500℃超临界水下随着气化时间(20~60 min)增加,固相副产物着火点呈上升趋势(406.0~508.4℃),最大燃烧失重速率点温度分别为608、610、591℃,同时液相副产物TOC含量下降(2 695~1 965 mg/L)。电煤混合固相副产物后,着火点温度和最大燃烧失重速率点温度均上升。当固相副产物与电煤的混合比例达到1∶2时,最大失重速率最高,燃烧效果最好。另外,在500℃气化温度和60 min气化时间的条件下,气相热值最高(13.42 MJ/m^3),得到的液相副产物的有机碳含量最低,有利于后续处理。The combustion characteristics of solid phase by-products and the carbon distribution of liquid phase by-products from supercritical water gasification of food waste under different gasification temperatures and retention times were researched.The analysis results showed that the calorific value of the solid phase by-products was 20.9~36.0 MJ/kg and the total carbon concentration in the liquid phase was 3 947~5 286 mg/L. With the increasing of supercritical water gasification temperature(420~500 ℃),the ignition point of solid phase by-products was decreasing(489.4~406.0 ℃),the maximum combustion mass loss rate point temperature were 607 ℃,591 ℃ and 608 ℃,respectively,at the same time,the content of TOC in liquid phase by-products decreased(4 392~2 695 mg/L). With the increase gasification time(20~60 min)of supercritical water at 500 ℃,the ignition point of solid phase by-products showed an upward trend(406.0~508.4 ℃),the maximum combustion weight loss rate point temperature were 608 ℃,610 ℃ and 591 ℃,respectively,and the content of TOC in liquid phase by-products decreased(2 695~1 965 mg/L). When thermal coal mixed with solid phase by-products,both the ignition point temperature and the maximum combustion mass loss rate temperature increased. When the mixing ratio of solid phase product and thermal coal reached 1∶2,the maximum weight loss rate was the highest and the combustion effect was the best. In addition,under the conditions of 500 ℃gasification temperature and 60 min gasification time,the calorific value of gas phase was the highest(13.42 MJ/m^3),and the organic carbon content obtained from liquid phase by-products was the lowest,which was conducive to the subsequent treatment.
